Information we collect and its source
Information you give us directly (through our contact form, by email, by phone or in person), and information we receive from SARS, CIPC or others when acting for you with your authority.
Purpose
To respond to enquiries, deliver our services, meet our legal obligations and, if you opt in, send you reminders and updates.
Is it voluntary?
Giving us information through the website is voluntary. However, we cannot provide tax and accounting services without the information the law requires (for example, your tax reference number for a tax return). Consequences of not providing it: we may be unable to act for you.
Laws that require collection
Including the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962, the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011, the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991, the Companies Act 71 of 2008, the Estate Duty Act 45 of 1955 and the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965.
Recipients and transfers
SARS, CIPC, the Master of the High Court and other authorities where needed; our service providers; and, with safeguards, providers outside South Africa. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
